    so i heard server transitions are not working.. like someone tried to move his lumiel char to siel and he couldnt
    is it fixed?

    yes when server transfer failed it consume your 1.5k credits but some days after that they give it back to you automatically

    if you are afraid just take SS of the tranfer.. you will get your credits back if you fail like many people
