Aaahh sickness ;-;

guys, I have a really bad sore throat :< my uvula is completely swolen
(if you don't know what a uvula is, here's a picture to refer to drawn by yours truly
)
but yeah. This sucks. I lost my voice for a long time and sounded like a dead koala. and now I can kind of talk, but I sound like an 80 year old woman.

Anyway, my point is
what do you guys do to help yourself when you're sick? :<

 

I always called it my dangly thang. Tea always helps though

 

Tea is indeed amazing. I make hot sweet tea basically any time I'm sick, though it could probably do without the sugar of course.

If it doesn't cure you, itll at least make you feel amazing for a while.

 

If I have sore throat I avoid drinking any cold drinks, even drinking or eating sweet stuffs like chocolates, soft drinks, juice, etc.. I drink tea too as what Static suggested. Drink it without or with sugar but make sure very little. Sometimes I get sore throat when I sleep late and I don't drink much water so I avoid sleeping late if I can

If other sickness such as fever, etc., I just take a lot of rest, drink plenty of water and drink medicine on time.

drink some hot tea with honey and take an aspirin , its anti-inflammatory and helps if u have fever

At least you don't have the he- Tea works great, try a fresh warm cup. As for your voice, try gargling some salt water to clear out your throat.
