Cant port to Inggision/Gelk or use certain emotes @__@

So I use to play a bit ago and I was able to teleport to Gelkmaros on my Asmo as well as Inggision on my elyos. Just redownloaded and everytime I try to hop through the portal it says you must finish required quest When I had them completed months ago. I even ran around for a few hours last night seeing if the quests had reset themselves but it just denys me access....

If I could get some help on this matter I'd be very greatful :love: ​

 

Use The gelk/ingi portal, depending on your race in mauchutans priory or the elyos one, Kaisinel's or somthing i beleave ^_^

 

Everytime I do try and leave through either portal weither im on my Asmo toon or My Elyos It Will not let me through.... I also bought all the emotes a while back and it shows that I don't have them and I cant rebuy them...
