Please help asap

hi i have downloaded the game for 5 days and when its downloaded i cant login it says incorrect pass/username please help im updated to 2.7 and using the gamer aion launcher:sad:

Hi there firstly welcome to gamezaion i hope you enjoy your stay. Ok man so as the person above me said check if your client is in north america, if that does not work re-install your gamezaion launcher. If neither of these options work you have to repair your client. if that doesnt work then you have forgotten your username and password xD

if ur region wasnt set to north america, just changing it alone wont help, u have to right click -> repair after changing the region

to check if ur login works, login to the website

if ur 1 of those weirdos who put special characters in ur password, know that they get screwed up in the database and u wont be able to login (the last person used the % sign in the pass)
