[MISSING ITEM] Different problem

I feel sorry that this post isn't at [missing item] official thread beacause my problem is quite different, so here we go:
I don't recived any help since april- this is my new petition!

Item(s) Bought: Sematariuxs Shield

My siel characters and the purchasing history of siel's (I bought the item correctly add item>siel>surie>sema shield but I never recived it!)

My lumiel characters and the purchasing history of lumiel's (as u can see I got the item at the lumiel history but I couldn't get it cuz that Surie character never exist at lumiel's...)

Screenshot Of Inventory & Warehouse (All TABS must be provided): I can't show that screenshot beacuse the item was added to Surie character at Lumiel server, but that character don't exist there!

Yea i see the problem somehow it got bugged...and was sent to the a different chars name on lumiel instead of the one you sent it o. Weird...first time i've seen this one i hope you get it back soon bumpzors for you in the meanwhile
