Password Lost And Fake account email

    Hi, i'm an "old" aion player and i decided to play again after a while...but i totally forgot my password...
    I just know some character names, id, and email....but the problem is that the email is a fake one ...
    Can someone help me? A GM told me to send a message to "carl" but i didn't get a response
    Please help me, it would be great :)

    You are responsible for your account and for the informations you leave on it. So if you decided to register a fake email on it then it's your own fault. The GM you talked with was right, try to contact Carl or Alente and maybe they will help you, but you need a proof that it is your account. If you don't have a proof you won't be able to get it back. Good luck.

    I got some informations that only the account owner can have....the email for example, the name of the characters...their equipment....about the fake email...i'm really sorry but didn't think it could be usefull so put a fake one...

    How "old" is your account btw? cus they wiped those "old" inactive accounts months ago. If your account is one of them, better create new account and start again.

    That's not my case......i logged in with an account i made some weeks before this one so it's not a matter of time :)
