My items and credits disapeared!

Hi !

Evrey items from my account has dissapeared . I was stopl playing long time ago , but today , whany I logged In i havent seen my items ?
GM , Could u do something with that ?
I wasnt , gave my pass anyone .

Plz fast help !!

maybe u are hacked because very interesting to do disappeared :S and so did my friend a few days ago. All items disappeared.. to do this we can not see anything my friend lived on the same issue :unsure:

I feel like this kid got the short end of the stick. Indeed no SS means it never happened sadly. U probably got hacked. I hope u do get sumthing for your trouble but i doubt there is anything they will do without proof that u had the items.

Let me give you the probable answer a GM, AION Master or Mod will give you... Sorry for this bad news.

Hacked Account Policy says, You are responsible for your account and everything that happens with it, Gamez Aion Staff will NOT restore any items lost from a hacked account.

Sadly I opened a Suggestion thread to suggest to change the policies and ways we can stop this kind of hackers but it was even Closed... I wrote to the Staff that closed it and ask why but never responded.... So you know what that means... seems we will not see you again around... sorry for your loss..

 

well first of all id check ur purchase history to see if anybody actually spent the credits. would also be good to check if anybody bought VIP on ur account, that would let u know a lot more. the gms can check that for u

 

Before you post such a thread, please give the GM's a PROOF! WE NEED PROOFS!

If you can show us which items u had and which items you bought with credits and how many credits u had on your account that the GM's might be able to help you otherwise they can't.

 

well technically they can check what IPs logged the account and when so at the very least she will know if shes been hacked or not. can also check trade logs, if she was hacked then all that gear will be traded to 1 char most likely. can also check if VIP was bought and when will give u a more accurate date

but yea nobody wants to do all that work lol

then again the vast majority of people dont have any proof of any kind just coz they dont expect stuff like this to happen

lets face it, no other mmo is as unsecured as aion. look at the rate at which people lose items here, havent seen that on any other mmo and ive seen quite a few of them

 

I've played many mmo's and I can tell you that aion is not the only mmo with such a leak. I know what you mean, people dont expect those situations but take a look of the point of view of a GM. So much work for a fake, maybe??!!

 

yeah i know considering how many players have issues every day and the fakes ive seen in the past nobody wants to deal with it

then again u could put a warning somewhere so people do take screenshots of their gear and all ahead of time and not realize they needed them after they lose stuff
