Can't login

i have latest ncsoft set to Noth America i have tried everything to login and game startup screen comes up but it is blank! is the server down? and where is the ongoing chat in forum how can we see what is going on?

 

define "blank"

does ur game load as far as the login screen? do u see nothing but the animated background after logging in? gotta be a little more specific

 

maybe ur Client.

yes that's what i said ! background no chars to log in! whay cant gamez make new launcher and whatever for 2.7

i strongly suggest someone confront the issue of having 1 download no bull crap login on servers site!!

admin please fix the connection feature on your website !! it is not complete i am playing aion with many servers that have 2.7 but this 1 needs its own bin 32 and you do not provide it ! i have tried everything and all i get is a blank annimated screen no charcters!

I have same problem.
I think sever must restart.
I had played with my characters inthe morning
after few hours later. I cant log in. selected charaters and background came up but chracter couldnt come up and few sec later. there is mesage "disconnect the server."
weired thing is only two my main characters has that problem.
rest of them are ok.
what's going on?
I restored aion client and check virus
can i wait until server down?
I cant play!!! with my lovely main characters T.T

 

it's not because we dont want to help, it's because we dont understand what's your problem. You should provide more details and explain your problem better instead of raging and cursing that it's server fault. some screenshots would be better, however since you said you play on many other private servers with one client, i think you need to delete your bin32 folder then repair your client by using NCSoft launcher. After that, redownload and reinstall your gamezaion launcher.

 

oh really! i deleted all aion,ncsoft and servers from pc. re downloaded updated and still gamez does not have a legit 1 download to login and play game! all other servers do! this is not a rage or a attempt to piss anyone off . it is a fact.

Do you mean the gamez launcher be incorporated into ncsoft's game?

 

stuffshot please stop spamming this thread! It seems that your client is corrupt. If you're looking for a 2.7 GamezAion Launcher then here you go: http://gamezaion.com/Gamez Aion Installer.exe

If the new launcher doesnt work then reinstall your aion.

 

I have the same problem as stuffshot and gundam00.
Its after you start game and type in your pass and your ID and press ok. After this you normally get a new screen with your characters but here its just a empty screen with no char to choose from and after a short period you get disconnected from the game.
My game has been working fine since 2.7 but since yesterday Im have the same problem with the empty screen on character selection.
So are you ppl saying that the laucher all off the sudden as gone corrupt??
