Wrong ID or Password - Not really.

So, I got this game a few months ago but left about the time school started since life got so crazy. I updated the Launcher and the game both, but every time I try to log on, it says "Wrong ID or Password" even though I even made a new account and tried that one also. I'm not quite sure what to make of it.

 

accounts not logged for 7 months or more have been deleted

try login to the website to see if ur login works. if u have special characters in either the name or the pass, u wont be able to login to the game

make sure ur running the game using the gamez launcher and not the ncsoft launcher

 

I made a new account, no special characters, everything works fine when I log into the site. Just not in-game. And I used the correct launcher.

 

is ur ncsoft launcher set to north america? if not, change to it and repair

try right click the gamez launcher and run it as administrator

if none of this works, right click -> repair the game in the ncsoft launcher to make sure all the files r right, then try again
