lost all items

20min ago alente asked me to give him my ID & pass, and now when i logged in , i saw terrible things i lost all my items, sets, craft materials everything and i donno what to do, he was only GM that i trust him, and i lost everything, i dont have even my credits, what to do now ? is there any1 can help me ????plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

 

It was fake AM, AMs never ask player's account details/password.

AM's will never ask for details of your account. And always make sure if someone tries this, too screenshot it so the person can be dealt with

Log into www.gamezaion.com with your account info, click on Change Password.

 

i have a suggestion... though it is sound unusual maybe better to put this as a notice: Aion GM/moderators will never ask ur account details such as ID and password or something like that in GAMEZAION launcher for all the new comers will know.

That message appears IN GAME from time to time in the middle of the screen like very annoying and everything... like the when they say Vote every blah blah hours etc...

i have a little suggestion What if auto banned those who have names admins/am/gm ?

good news, I just change my password but its a little late cause there no thing left, the thief transferred every thing include kinah, AP , gold medals, food, and ...... he was really hungry, HOP something like this never happened for any1 else, ppl need to learn how to play fairly , it was an old account since AION 1.5 ( i had 4 full ABG set and 15k Credits ) its unlivable y? I was really stupid, but is was a good experience for me and other playing , please careful about your account and use complex password,

We will be more caviler about annocing the am/admis will never ask for you account password/information.

As copy cats for names we cannot auto banned them, since is name we do not own such things, we can only ban them when they physically imporsinate us. Good indication is is imporsinator:

"Lafitness
<trainee am>tristttee: ...."

When you guys see this format is good indication that it is a fake. since the whisper is entered into next line to fake the <tag>. Also if they ask for account information Is a good indication it is a fake do a print screen and we will gladly perm ban them.

Sorry about your items cavalier3003, but we cannot do anything about it, if you have ss of the person on your actual whisper, we can atleast ban the person for you...
