Login Problem/

This has happened quite a few times to me already and i don't know what to do,
it happens that suddenly my client crashes (Usually after pvp) and then i Re launch, and try logging in again.
When i enter ID+PW it says that i'm already loge'd in, so i retype pass and go into the screen of agreeing to terms of use i press AGREE and then there is a blank screen and says :Cannot connect to server and closes.

now i tryed logging in with a different account and it worked fine. i really don't feel like re installing aion every other day. please if any one has experienced this problem before or has fix comment away!

well u kinda just answered ur own question. its not client related, its account related (coz ur character stays online even though ur client crashed) but automatically disconnects after some time (was 5 or 10 mins) which allows u to login again

 

When u crash, ur account doesnt turn off at the same time, or the server could have crashed.

 

its mostly the account itself. the server is setup to do a packet check to see if there is any user input, if there isnt for long enough, it disconnects the account which lets u login again

 

The issue is simple, I would try closing any other window you have on your computer, then try logging in after 10-15 minuets or so, if it's still not working, their may be a problem with your client

 

u dont have to close anything its the server doing the checking and the disconnecting, u just need to wait

and no, its not a client issue more people r getting this + other accounts work with the same client

 

Well its been that way for a few days :O strange still waiting...
