problem with email

    Hi all,
    I forgot the password and I had to send new email, I tried it about 20 times and has not reached even one, where the problem is? I need email for change passwords but no email has been sent. When I try to register a new account under the same email or login, so it exists, this means that the account is not deleted, can someone help me please?
