Can't get to Inggison

I somehow died during the cutscene for the ingg quest, Bound for Inggison. I was sent back to sanctum.

I know cannot continue the quest because it wants me to talk to outremus (in Ingg) but I can't use the teleport to get there because I haven't completed the quest. I also can't do the cutscene again to get there because it already registered that step

 

speak with vip, he can send to you the Inggison teleport scroll

 

if you have other characters already lvl 55 go buy some scrolls for inggi, put it in account warehouse, then use it, and walaH! your in inggi problem solved! it happened to my sin too.. Asmo side BTW

 

buy inggison scroll in sanctum at the npc next to the portal & use it to go to inggison.

Edit: if you're ingame now, i'm in sanctum at those PET npc's come to me and i'll give you some inggison scrolls, name you see in my sigy

I asked Puddles if he could tele me to ingg so I could talk to outremus and complete the quest. After I explained what happened he said "Um, no" then ignored me...

You know, you can take the portal to Inggison from Kaisnels Academy regardless if the quest is done or not.
