Carved Fragments

How can i get those carved itens? I mean, those carved master fragment..? I know the location, but some npcs are in the enemy fortress and even in (using shadow walk) i didnt found the npc.. :s

Other than knowing someone with an Asmo/Elyos account, you can always hit up the broker or the trade chat. I don't think the enemy vendor would talk to you. As soon as you clicked on them anyways, you'd be taken out of shadow walk.
