    Ya know what works though? (And I know this might sound a little...umm...silly, but still, try it.)
    Bend over and chug a glass of water. Not touching your toes or anything but...your body's at a 90 degree angle :x
    It's hard to explain, but it works! I thought my stepsister was crazy when she made me do it, but it works LOL.
