Lumiel needs a restart

    So I wanted to level up my templar untill I noticed alot of NPCs was bugged.
    Maximus (NPC in Jeipa village) and Michalis(gov for elyos in abyss) are just examples that are bugged so I am pretty much requesting a restart or get some developer online to spawn the NPCs :|
