Bought item in cash shop - did not recieve item but lost tolls/credits

Around 4:00 PM EST bought a ABG Leather Belt and did not receive into my inventory. Wanted to do a quick trade with someone but didnt get the belt Please look into this and refund my credits/tolls please because I did not get the belt and am not sure if they will still have their item for trade! Thank you!

 

try mailing carl with all ur info including SS of ur history where it shows that u bought the item.

 

you shouldn't buy it in the cash shop anymore. the black cloud traders shop in-game will do.

That's the problem... I bought the belt in game through the black cloud traders shop. How do i get the record log for that? I also bought a costume / ABG necklace/ring/helmet and wings without a problem. The belt is the only item i didn't get! Is there a way the GM can check my char log? I have not traded any1 or mailed any1 or put anything into my storage and logged off since the problem. Thank you all for your help and suggestions!

 

Well I can understand your problem, but everyone of the staff always needs a proof, so if you can't prove us that you bought this item in-game, then noone might be able to help you. But try to contact Alente, Carl or any SAM, some of them could be so friendly to look up the account log.
