    Delete your bin32 folder and repair your client via NCSoft launcher.

    can also be just thx to an incompatible items.pak, replacing it with the old one fixes it

    erm my 2nd account is getting this "otcbuildclient32_wogg" also but not my main one.
    I can go all the way to select character screen once i choose than hit start i get "disconnect box" than the ""otcbuildclient32_wogg" in windows. anyone know what this problem is?
