    Can i trade them with vip? and if yes, they keep the name of crafter? ex: Santaclaus's hoca tunnic?

    You can trade MCD without VIP..And if you craft it then it will have your name..

    MCD is tradeable without VIP, noone is lying to you. You just need the Items.pak 2.7

    As you can see, we have custom made item pack, which edited the basic xml outline of the stock items from Retail aion ...

    These custom changes removed "untradeable" feature from most of the items, one beeing the master carved items ....

    So to answer your question, Yes you can trade MC xx items w/o VIP, but you need custom made item pack, which you can find in guide section ...
