Well, I just log into my account, and my 7 characters are without equipment, 9b and lost two and a half sets and a set of SW EGT chain! Up to and okay, what I know now, is what I do to resolve this basic hitch!

I even found a bit of an administrator to ask for my password, but that's okay!!

Now on topic, you've been a victim for AM impersonation. I am truly sorry for your loss but from this point this is your responsibility to not share your private account info with anyone else. The staff will never ask for your info. Good luck.

They kind of broadcast not to give your info out every like 15 minutes. You won't get your items back. =(

 

You can use .gmlist command to see who's online at that moment - type that in your chatbox and hit enter.

Take screenshots so that we can ban them - less victims. We appreciate.

Know that Staff can look up through your account without needing your account name and password.
