    Every time I vote on that site it says "Cannot connect to MySQL server", so I go back and try to hit the vote button for that site again, like anyone would, and it says "Please wait 720 minutes".

    I'm not complaining about the credit loss, since it's only 10, I just want to know if something's wrong on my end or what.
