Character Crash Lost Items

I was playing CrystalAion until my client crashed. After restarting the client about 5 times, i looked in my inventory and a couple of the items i had looted before the crash were missing, along with a piece of donation gear i got a couple days before that. I dont care about the loot that I lost, but I paid 45$ for 3 pieces of donation gear and I want the piece that I lost back. Is there any way I can get it?

 

I believe you need to have screens to show you had the items. I don't think the gm's are allowed to give items without proof that you had them to begin with.
The donated gear will show in your account where you purchased it.
