    You get the kloister of kais' quest when you get to level 50.

    u actually dont need to do the chain quest. go to ur main city and go in to the TAC instance room.
    in there u have a gate that takes u to iggison.
    where u also buy scrolls and ur done. u can do anytime u want after accention quest

    Lavirintos Call --->Bound to Inggison.

    you get the quest automatically when you hit level 50.
