No character appear, only the ">" instead

Well, if someone can help me I would really appreciate

One day I tried to log in and I passed through character selection and all seems fine, but suddenly my char wasn't there. Dont know how to explain, only appears the ">" symbol where the char should be. And sometimes it gets under the floor. Really weird.
Please its been weeks since I cant play with her anymore.
AND I TRIED USING THE UNSTUCK SESSION IN THE SITE, BUT DOESNT WORKED.


And more than that, anyone knows how to fix the "attack issue"? Where I can only attack a couple times than my char just cant attack anymore?
I'm with these problems in my 2 characters. =( Can anyone help, pliz?

 

I dunno about the character thing.. But are you auto-attacking before you use your skills? If you use your skills before you auto-attack, you will not be auto-attacking for a while.

 

Try using Unstuck! at the site.. ^^

 

I tried to use the UNSTUCK session at the site but I doesnt work! =O
My character still "doesnt exist" on the screen T_T

and about the auto attack, no, i didnt tried auto attack, this char is a mage, so i go with skills all the damn time =)
