    Hello, yes that was always a trial of a time to be a GM in, the event guide however, I believe was effective :p The issue with the Senior GM was since sorted, I spoke to him myself, found out he actually had to go and do stuff, he just failed to let me know. I spoke with another GM who answered all my questions, so no need for a report. (Sorry did you wanna dish out some punishment? :p)
