    I just cant use my channels.. I tried to relog and close and open the client lot of times but didnt work ):
    what to do now?

    Try repairing your NCsoft launcher, might fix the problem. If it doesn't work, then the channels probably also isn't working for other people as well and you might have to wait for the server to restart.

    Repairing the client won't work. The channels have been down for a while now, it is being looked into as to why they are not working as they should be.

    Hopefully we will have that resolved shortly.
