Disconnect box after selecting character Help!

So ive been at this thing for 4 days now. I can get as far as selecting my character but once i hit start . I get the disconnect box. I have made the unstuck request already. And tried after server restart. Still no go
I even tested to see if its an account problem so i made a new char and he logs in the game fine. So its only that character thats having this problem. Need help

 

2 questions
1. did u add stigmas be4 u had this issue? if yes then unstuck request wont help u, its a known stigma bug and a gm will have to fix it for u
2. did u log the account after submitting an unstuck request (be4 a server restart)? if yes then it breaks the request and u have to do it all over again

 

1. Nope im playing on siel i never added any stigmas. Since got all stigmas :x
2. Hmmmm... That i might have done. But the other i ask morometi to unstuck him, he said he did. I try later and still no go ><.
but so this is a character stuck problem? Or somethingelse o.o

 

if it does it only for 1 character then yes, its a stuck character problem

the steps r submitting an unstuck request and not logging that account until after the next restart. its only meant for the null coordinate issue (same symptoms), the unstuck request moves u to ishalgen/poeta which should let u login

however, there r more reasons that can cause this, if its anything other than this then ull need a gm to help u manually

u can try pm morometi again and tell him it didnt work. he probably tried moving ur char (which is what the unstuck request does anyway but u gotta wait for that one). theres a chance its caused by something else but they will have to fix that on their end, nothing u can do about it

 

Ok so after done everything possible even reinstall aion..etc. Finaly asaline and i have discovered the problem, it is the healingboost +3 manastones socketed into the currently equiped gear. Since i try to log in and after selecting the character asaline saw its bad id somethin which would be the gear . Just still waiting for carl or alente to remove this so i can play again. But seems like they still dont fix.
