Error MSG : This game is not available in your country

Hi, as i just said, i ve got this error message after i try the launcher :
This game is not available in your country.
I don t understand, because i set country to North America and even dl the north american client,
then i downloaded Aion from ncsoft launcher. I ve got 2.7.0.1 patch.
Now i installed gamez launcher in the aion folder, executed it, and the error message appears.

I already tried to uninstall aion and redownload/install it.
I already tried to rechange country to europe and get back to north america +repair.
i tried many times to repair and reinstall gamez launcher.

Could anyone help me ? Cause i was going to get premium account, and it would be a shame to get it but can t play ...

try right click the launcher and run it as administrator, helps some people. another thing u can try is the old no_ip_restrictions fix we used back in 2.1

its a self extracting rar archive that adds IpFixModule.dll and overwrites d3dx9_38.dll (so u might wanna back it up ahead of time) in ur bin32 folder. it basically sets up a dll based proxy that makes the game think ur in another country
