well idk what that thing is called in english.. but I remember back when i was playing notes and not chords i looked up dust in the wind's tab and learnt to play some of it, omg I love it :O

oh com'n notes are completely useless.
1)learn how to play at least 20 chords ( including bar chords which are the hardest ones lol) and to switch between them pretty fast
2)arrangement of chords, like playing a chord and at the same time different strings ( something in hendrix style)
3)learn to read tabs ( it's really easy lol0
4)practice at least 1-2 hours everyday
5)listen to the song you want to play at least 5-7 times everyday
you'll get the actual " guitar " like in few months....
i had personal tutor only for 2 months, she taught me basics only, rest what i know, i've learned by myself :3

Oh, oh.. Do you know Sungha Jung? He's a korean kid that plays the guitar amazing, along with the piano. You'll enjoy watching him, he learned playing the guitar by himself.

it has a couple easy chords and they get repeated every time so you only have to play like 4 chords in the whole song, you can try it if you think you can switch between them, and of course there's knocking on heaven's door you can try it lol

but hear you me is also good with getting familiar with singing and playing, it's good it's good
