    hey guys i want to get Title: Easy Mark
    but this was my problem ::
    1. when i get to the npc Rubelik, the npc is walking
    2. i talk to the npc but when i click the quest it wont talk to me. . .
    3. i follow the npc because it is walking and try, and try to talk to npc
    4 .but it stop the npc lost at it come back again to the location . . .
    i repeat the again 1-4 nothing happen

    We already had the same problem with heimdall at pandae a few weeks ago, just wait until the next server restart ist done or try to report it as a bug. Maybe it is a bug, I'm not sure, because I can't remember that heimdall was "officialy fixed".
