Problem with Essencetapping and Aethertapping

I was collecting material to scholl, when I lost the game when I got back was showing this message when I go to collect materials

Ok, like daax already said, it might be a bug. Please report it and wait for the fix. Describe your problem in the bug report!

jdfslkhfdj.skulghjdughufgh srsly, why do ppl deny it when i say old bugs come back everytime?
First the kisks atk and now this.. what else am i gonna see? q.q

Basically, i'd give you the bug report form link.. but i am not sure if that's a bug or not... i heard it exists on retail, it's the anti-bot system which asks for the confirmation code.. but for some ppl the letters are unreadable for some reason, which could be considered as a bug q.q

Yeah i remember this from retail, after a couple of months after release this system came out, there were too many bots farming gold & stuff.
