    Hi people i see alot of people with cool motions like cool ninja jumps and i thought that i would get them with lvl but i didnt, so i do i get new motions?

    u buy them from a npc at some pub in pandaemonium (just south of the central building). idk for elyos :p but itll be in sanctum

    its the same npc that sells emotes on retail
