    depends on the method of donating, where u live etc. usually its within few mins, they used to say wait up to 24 hours, now they will tell u to wait up to 48 be4 making a thread about it

    I had that once with sms donation aswell, Click on the Missing donation button
    and then sent a inquiry on the donation u made it worked for me and after few mins i had my missing credits.(you can see all your donations & dates there).
    offcourse what you did not pay you can not recieve.
    Also another option is to wait 24-48h
