purchased item

I purchased several items yesterday... only one didnt appeared in my inventory and that is Godstone Khrudgelmirs Silence. I check my history and this came out Name / Item / Date : None / Godstone Khrudgelmirs Silence / Saturday 14th of August 2010 01:50:40 AM I noticed that this item has "None" as its name compared to my other purchased item it has my character name... What happen? My inventory was spacious so I think that is not the reason why it didnt appeared in my inventory.. I hope for your immediate response. Thank you

 

Seems you forgot to select your character with that purchase.

However regrettably only Carl and Karissa have access to the donation logs to confirm this.

Please email [email protected] with all the transaction details including the intended account/character for the godstone.
