Aion Client Crashes Very Often, Need Help

Dear Sir,

I need solution to these client crashes, since I started playing on this server, the client started crashing alot. I just played here around 1 week and got like 10 crashes so far.

There are big log of text about the error crashes but here is some part of the text:

an Access Violation in module Game.dll at 0023:31fa49e0. exception handler called in the AION Server.

I am running on Toshiba Qosmio X775

- 6GB Ram
- VGA GTX 560M 1.5GB
- i7 core CPU

Before playing here, I played on Retails about 16 months and I haven't got any crashes on this laptop. So I am thinking it might be some issue with the server.

And I also tried to repair the game client using NCSoft Launcher, however these crashes still happen.

Please help giving the solutions,

on the other side, my brother desktop computer has never crashed playing on this server, he's running VGA 9800GT however, he's running windows7 32 bit.

My laptop is using windows 7 64 bit and yes...Villete, I already repaired it using the NC launcher, still got the problem

so sad... no idea how to solve this

Copy his client to your computer, run your client in Admin, reinstall your graphic card drivers.

 

I Have the same problem except for it's on my desktop computer which is windows 7 64bit. Not only does it crash my game alot but I've even gotten a blue screen once...any advice would help.
