any update, cant start the game

    The game was fine yesterday, and today It wont work after I start the launcher. error shows "Aion 1024, cannot initiate the game."

    I guess reinstall or there is other way.
    Sorry I dont know where to ask this question, I will delete the thread later.

    Have you changed any of the game files by chance, for instance have you tried to install the item.pak ?

    yes I did, the 2.7 one from the sticky on the forum.

    should reinstall game or simply remove the item.pak?

    simple delete the item.pak that you installed and put the original one back.
    Out of curiosity did you make sure to put the item.pak into /aion/data/usa/items and not aion/data/items ?
    Putting it in the wrong folder will cause the 1024 error.

    are u using windows xp sp3? if yes it's because of your item.pak
    if not..

    repair client always helps
