Also something else to note, its not just player characters that you can jump to outside the bank from the inside. The same can also be done blind leaping in mid air with a, for instance, bank NPC targeted, and it will have the same no range limitations jump effect. I tested that as well but I didnt feel like putting up a second video.

I will continue to look into this as my blind leap is also jipped on its range quite often when moving in a forward direction and trying to jump. I will upload my findings as i get them.

blaaah thx for reporting! I thought it was a hack or somethin but I had this in mind when an elyos did this to me.

 

Theres always been some issues with blind leap i just accidentally stumbled upon this one when i was ironically trying to find a different blind leap bug.

I'm not saying it's strictly limited to the bank but it didn't work outside.

NO WONDER!!!!

I was in Castel and couple of time, when I blind leap, instead jumped backward to avoid the attack from below, I actually jumped forward into the enemies. Yup, end up raped and killed into pieces....
