About Mage wings

Is there any wings wich give magic boost and c speed? Like woc condition wich give +17 attack and 8% attack speed and some more... i hear that there is wings of the circle cond lv 2 that mean 24% attack speed... i think is like op for fighter it should be the same with mages... :unsure:

 

Um no.. WoC level two give 16% attack speed WoC level 1 only give 8% attack speed and no there is no wings that give MB and casting speed.

 

well is not only for fighters since atk speed realy affect sorcs and sm too
dunno about clerics ;s

 

now that would be pretty OP constant, BOQ

 

lv 1 condition says 8% and lvl 2 16% is not like 8+16? Unfair for mages that there is no wings with c speed and magic boots

 

still aion has a casting speed cap

 

what u mean brah? that attak speed help at casting speed?

 

it haves atk speed cap too ;s

lets imagine glacial shard have 2 secs casting and 0.5 secs from animation..
the atk speed helps with that animation
so skills with instant cast will be faster
and u will looks like a machine gun

 

it's like putting nuke inside a cannon... melee never dealt damage as huge as mages so the wings' speed to melee even with 18% speed still not good enough to match mages dps.

 

i would like an explain for that...

Smthing else, i got fenris's fang tittle wich give +80hp, 2%attack speed/c speed and 3% speed but when i see my stats cast speed is not lowered ...

 

Templar doesnt have heals that need to cast do they?

 

2% might have just reduced it about 0.09 so display is only accurate up to 1 decimal place.

 

i mean
the only chance to kill a templar+cleric is hiting the cleric and pewpew him fast ..
with wings to increase healing speed he would be imortal and have enought time to heal himself and the templar
even aganist 8 players

 

so can i ask about d cap for casting speed?
