yes there's a way to remove the lag...

"play a different game" it's what i do whenever my Aion lags...
In Fact, I've not played Aion for almost a month now.

the ingame command is /ping (or .ping if they changed that one too)

u can use FRAPS to monitor fps of any game OR u can go to ur ingame options, graphics tab and check the "display fps" box

    I have 481ms(ping) and 29-31 fps.

both could use some improvement. the fps tends to be low in crowded areas though so that one is not so bad

if u want a good fps increase without sacrificing graphics too much, turn off AntiAliasing first (that thing eats up the most with the most insignificant change) and shadows (2nd most demanding)

as for fps, i recommend leatrix latency fix first

this works passively. windows sends packets in pairs by default, this tool splits them up, sending them twice as often and cutting ur ping in half as a result. some modem and router settings can cancel this affect by pairing them back up though

another method is using ping reducing programs that create a tunnel between u and the server (battleping or WTFast r the most used here)

ur ping means that u get almost half a second delay per click. there is a packet drop issue server side since 2.7 that makes peoples ping jump coz packets need to be resent. they r working on that apparently
