Need a little help with Free Flying

So, I have recently decided to stop playing Retail Aion and decided to move onto private servers until Final Fantasy 14 comes out.
As for the server itself it is pretty decent with some bugs here and there. But one thing I cannot find any information on (I've search the forums for a couple days now and looked at any threads that may hold information) is how to fix free flying.

So far I've come across some information that says to go to your Aion folder and change a files text. ( I did this and the value was already "1".)
Other information said to reinstall the GamezAion launcer (I of course did this too).

That being the only information I've come across so far I have turned to creating this thread.
Basically my question is what can I do to be able to free fly in zones that "have no aether" or that you're "unable to fly here"?

I have a lvl 27 and a level 38 so I know it has nothing to do with my level.
Any help will be much appreciated!

Not sure if the "Error" is the problem or what's going on with that.

Make sure that your system.ovr looks like this:

con_disable_console = "0"
g_freefly = "1"

You can verify it in-game by opening t' console with Pause/Break key and typing "\g_freefly". If t' command returns "g_freefly=1" your problem should be solved.
