    OK we need a proof for that you've had those sets. On your screenshots we can only see two characters with empty slots and nothing more, it proves nothing. Btw it sounds impossible to me, to loose two ABG set by buying VIP.

    Your items did not mysteriously disappear you bought vip and someone that had your account info took you items there is no other explanation.
    Whether you willingly gave your account information or you attempted to use a 3rd party software or visited websites you were suppose to, you are responsible for your accounts security.
