Bugged quests

    I need to know if they're going to fix the quests "The Dillema of Jocun" and "The archon nof the storm"
    in the first one, all the quest monster "burnt zombies" are dead and haven't respawned since 3 days (i checked)
    and the second one, the NPC Maximus, who plays a big part on the quest is nowhere to be seen.
