Transfer/trade/broke item plz help

hi,
(plz dont be angry if post like that were be4)

i have a problem, lets start:

me and my girfriend playing here, yesturday i was thinked i will suprise her and buy from brooker TAHABAKA STAFF,
when i was going to give her a gift it showed that i cant trade TAHABAKA (or something lkie that) STAFF.
i dont equip it, dont unsoulbound or smthing like that
so my question is:

-how items lands in brooker (i tryed to sell stall after when I saw that I can trade it)

-how can I give STAFF to my gf.
