Some bugs i found

some of them i already reported or are reported already , but i make a treath of my own here of bugs i found

1. Flying Reconnaissance > Tursin Loudmouth Boss it sometimes appears but oce its killed it stays away
2. Stolen Jewelry > Niaia's Ring dont drop
3. Stolen Village Seal > The Seal/Pile dont react
4. Benos NPC in Eltnen, on 1 of my accounts i could accept the quest , but not the other, he walks trough walls and im unable to click on him (and why an sandstorm inside the castle)
5.Three Kurin Brothers > Nimble Aramis is no where to be found

i will fill in the list as soon as i find more bugs , but i doubt it will get fixed anyways

i think a server reboot can slove some of the problems
i used to run a ragnarok online server years back, ok that and this are 2 difrent games, but it might help
