Unstuck Request

Hello my character got stuck when I was enchanting a manastone and suddenly lost internet connection after a min or so I got the quitting message ( Leaving Ateria in -- Seconds ) and it seemed that I quit the game normally but when I was trying to log in again here is what happend.

1- After entering my username and password I got the message ( You are already logged in ).

2- I entered my information again and I successfully reached the Agreement Page I pressed on the ( I Agree ) Button but got the message ( You are disconnected from the server ) and the game shut down , I didn't even reach the character selection screen.

So I am not sure if the character is stuck or the whole account is , any help regarding this issue is highly appreciated.

 

Nevermind problem fixed itself.

Unstuck my char pls, i already did unstuck request but nothing yet inched:.

IGM: Merkabah
Server: Lumiel

 

I did an unstuck request just yesterday, I thought my char got stucked. I logged in today and its back in Ishalgen.

 

can take up to 24h for it to be processed. or wait for a server restart if ur really unlucky. for me it usually only takes some hour and im free. just make sure u dont log ur char in during that time.

 

well if u try to log ur char after u done the unstuck request and before the server restarts , the request will get cancelled and ur char will remain stuck x.x

 

Thnx Daax didn't know that... how should i know when they unstuck my char if i don't relog?

 

if it dont got unstuck you can try a 2th optión: PM to a sam they can unstuck you via ( AM PANEL ) fast!

Gm pls help more than 30 days I can not connect to my Templar. I tried every possible thing, I sent many Unstuck Player Request to wait until you restart the server but will not change anything.

Nothing, still stuck, i try to log in but i get dc everytime :sad:

Try Pming Vil or Chornic so they can unstuck you.
(if your still stuck)
