    Easiest way is to make and level characters, as you receive 10 from the level 55 survey.

    Quest NPCs are located in the forts in Gelkmaros/Ingisson - you'll see the blue arrows on your radar :3

    If it's an insane amount, let's say, 1500 - that is most likely duped.

    The best legit way to get them is something I already told you. 10 medals = 1.5 hours.
