My pg doesn't connect to the server

    Hi all,
    I ask help for my pg "Encarus" on the lumiel server.
    When i start game and log in, at the "character selection" when i select Encarus and I click to "Start" the client closes. Now, I sent 2 times the "Unstuck request" but my pg still doesn't log in. Can some GM help me?
