what does this means?

 

that the credit card u used has either 0 money on it or it expired and u cant use it

 

i put in money .. ok thanks for answer.. hmm may be expired

 

or try another method maybe that one doesnt work for you

 

I have donate with that method already..

 

could u tell which credit card u used? VISA , MasterCard and whats ur bank?
it could also be that ur bank does not accept transactions like that anymore ...there could be more reasons

Yup I think the same, the card has expired.

 

I have Donate with Visa electron.. it will be Expered in 2012 I have donate with this card 2 weeks ago without problems..

 

Call ur Bank, Check if your Card has not been blocked. Some Banks block the cards on Suspicious Activity to keep you safe.

 

Also, might it be a Virtual Visa card? I think at some point I couldn't donate with one like that - it wasn't accepting it.

 

expired date or u need inform to ur bank for activated ur card.coz ur problem same like me before
