problem with chars

    hi ive been long without playing and now i come back and i cant get to my chars when i get there it says that i gotta delete 1 race completly because i got both of theme asmodean and elyos in the same server.
    so to continue i gotta do that but the window wont vanish it says "press ok to continue" but ok is unavaiable so i cant progress plz help i dont wanna lose my accounts... >.<

    U dont need to do that, just type OK... and go play xD it wont have any effect that u have a asmo and elyos ^^

    if u look carefully thats a retail message that does not affect us in any way. it says they allow both races temporarily but that aint really true :p nothing will ever happen to your characters (unless u dont login for 7 months, then ur account gets wiped) so just type ok and continue
