i found a BUG

i lost my items .. via MAILhope you can fix it ......i lost MCD GS +15 , vielle spear , EAT spear SKIN

 

Rather hard to prove without time stamp that those 2 screenshots are consecutive.
Even so, hard to determine if you sent the item at all or received item and just delete the mail.
Additionally you could have opened 2 clients and trade between each other instead of using mail.

Edit: GMs regularly use the mail to send prizes to players yet haven't heard a report of player not receiving their prizes.

 

yeah i lost my pets too ..

 

i dont used dual client , because its to lag ... darn ...

The mail box is evil it eats your items

 

yawa kng panulaya ka wahhaha . na banned pato akong main dayun nawala pa gud ang mga items sa hinatag sa mga amigo piste kaau ....

 

I really don't know what to make of those screenshots other than this.

1) You had mail.
2) You have an empty mail box
(We don't know if you opened the mail and deleted it, inventory screen closed not that it matters)
3) You show your log in screen again
(Not sure of the reason)
4) Show again, empty mail box with inventory open

Now, somewhere in there. You could have put the items into your warehouse, sent them to another character. Ect ect.

Video would have been much better proof on this than 4 screenshots which prove absolutely nothing at all, though I find it weird you would screenshot your character as having mail in the first place. Makes me somewhat suspicious of the motives here.
